West End has been serving St. Croix for more than 30yrs. It has been a family run Restaurant; known as "Andrews Bar & Grill". When the grandmother retired from the business, it was leased and known as, "Vels". Handed down two generations by her father, it is presently owned and operated by his daughter Amy Blackwood.
The meals are prepared daily by Amy, which include a combination of Local and Latin flava! Everyone is welcome to experience the wonderful meals and the great service provided by the staff. Whether you are visiting or live on the beautiful Island of St. Croix, you can dine in and have the experience of meeting the locals or seeing friends you haven’t seen in a long time.
